Just apply a thin layer of foundation either all over your face or just on your cheeks to cover up the pinkish color in your cheeks. Thennnn you can apply the peach blush over it so all you'll be able to see is the peach. :] I'd recommend bare minerals because they have very pale powder foundations that blend really well into your skin but still cover well.

if you already have pink cheeks you don't need blush. why do you want ';peach'; cheeks. that look sounds cheesy and just plain bad. sounds to me like you better naturally.

I use shampoo to wash my makeup brushes. Dab a quarter size amount of shampoo into your palm. Then lather it up with the brush to clean out the bristles. Rinse then repeat until the oily-ness is all out!

Well unlike Boogey I have had good (IMO good) boxed wine. Although I can't say specifically if the Sunset Blush is any good Franzia in my experience has not been a brand often associated with ';good'; so my guess is that it probably sucks.

Choose your favorite powdered blush. Use multiple colors of blush or eye shadow to create your own perfect blend.





Step 2


Use a small blush brush to sweep the top of the makeup, dusting the powder into a small container with a tight-fitting lid. Add about 1 tsp. of powder or powder blends to the jar. Mix multiple colors thoroughly to get a good idea of your final cream blush color.





Step 3


Add 1/2 tsp. of illuminating powder to the jar if you like. Illuminating powder will help to highlight your cheeks and give them a healthy glow.





Step 4


Measure 1 Tbsp. of your favorite facial moisturizer or cream to the powdered mix and stir completely with a toothpick. Apply only a small amount of your cream blush at a time, as it tends to go on a bit darker than powder.

Pale skin tends to look painted on when you use bright pink blush. It's good for when you're feeling a little girly and want to appear made up, but you have fantastic cheekbones and it's only proper that you show them off to the best of their advantage.





Instead of getting a blush set in shades of pink, get them in a tawny shade. A blush duo in tawny would be good. Brush the lighter shade right on top of your cheekbones, sweeping across them towards your ears. The darker shade should be applied right under them, sweeping downwards and just barely covering the apples of your cheeks.Blend well in swirling strokes, so you don't get a harsh line between colors and mess up your look.





For a more no frills approach, spread some highlighting cream on your cheekbones. The light catches them, making them stand out and the shadows in the hollows of your cheekbones will appear deeper and contour out the face.

You can also use blush, warmth is almost a bronzor, it livens up skin, nearly tans it, in a way.. it gives warmth, blush is cooler in color, so it will cool the face and accent it differently.

take an angled blush brush and swirl it into some bronzer. suck your cheeks in and apply it to the part that is sucked in. then take a fluffy blush brush and swirl it into some blush. dmile and then apply the blush to the apples of your cheeks. blend the 2 and voila!





you can also use some products made specifically for contouring, but it's a bit harder for me to explain rather than show you.

blush cannot shape the face. blush, by definition, is colorful and draws attention to itself.





you want a neutral flesh toned makeup, powder or cream, that is slightly darker than your skintone. press your fingers into your cheeks so that you can feel the depression under the cheekbone. apply the darker color there, fading up towards the ear and downwards toward the mouth. there should be no hard edges.





some people with broad faces benefit from a little shading at the temples as well.

the ONLY make up i wear is concealer and blush, and the reason why i'm laughing is because i don't have acne at all. the only time i get a pimple or two is a week before my period, and that's because of hormones! lol and i'm a 16 year old!

don't worry! concealer and blush are fine. i use covergirl fresh look concealer, i think it's around 6 dollars, but the blush i use is by MAC and it's about 15 dollars (it's a nicer make up store).

well yeah vacum over it and then i would use an all purpose cleaner(u can get them at target) and spray it on the spot where you dropped it and wait about a minute or 2 for it to soak in and get a paper towel and wipe it away

The only real way I can think is to put yourself into social situations. I understand. It's hard to do. But if you really want to get over it you gotta do it! Start small. Y'know, like introduce yourself to a random person or take public transportation. Just do something that involves lots of other people.





It may be a phase, though. Depending how old you are. I find the older one gets, the less shy they get as well.

That shiny blush is probably cheek stain which is blush in a gel form. My favorite is Tarte cheek stain, you can find it at Sephora. It's a bit expensive but I think some more reasonably priced brands are starting to make gel blush that you can get at stores like Target.
It's a cream formula (sometimes liquid). No particular brand, everyone makes it. Look for ones with shimmer.......... Beware: they don't last very long on your skin!
Bare essentials also has really nice color blushes with bronzer it in. If you do not have a bare essentials i know sephora carries this brand. Also, benefit has one called dallas that is great. It depends on your skin tone though, Dallas is for darker skin types.
There is a really pretty golden peachy pink color powder blush from Nars called Orgasm. It's actually very popular. You can get it from Sephora and Nordstrom.
There really is no such thing as shiny blush....


In ads, when people wear blush, it's normally cream bluch spread above their cheekbones, and then shimmery highlighter above the blush.....


but then again.... from far away it looks amazing and everything.

bronzer may look weird in the winter. id say go with blush. i suggest pink. get a blush brush and smile so the apples of ur cheeks are showing then apply in upward and outward strokes i.e. from apple of cheeks to towards the ear. start lightly u can build up colour if u wish its easier than overdoiong it and having to wipe off the whole lot.

I am very fair (lightest shade of alot of foundations) with cool undertones, I bought this at ulta a few mos ago when they had a revlon sale. I think I bought it in ';petal';, a dusty pink color. I opened it up and was excited because it was close to the color of one of my more expensive blushes. I rubbed my finger in it to see how the color payoff was- nothing showed up. I did it again- no color, on a slightly shimmery finger. The brush is horrible and for me this stuff had literally NO color pay off. I returned it 2 days later.

I swear by mineral makeup. I also use like colors for shadow, with your redish hair I bet you can get away with green shades of eye shadow. Gold hues, some greens and a little coccoa color would be perfect for your eyes. Even sometimes a violet, hint of blue would really make your eyes have a more green appearance.. I would suggest to you a powder blush, that doesn't look too dark as this can look like a 5 year olds done your make up (I know this because of past expericance EEK!) For an oval shaped face, you want to bring it in from your ears.

you're not going to be putting blush alone to make your face appear less chubby. What you're going to need to do is contour your face first then apply blush. What you need to contour your face would be either an angle brush or a contour brush. You can go to MAC to purchase an angle brush or sephora. I usually contour my face and underneath my chin, to give an illusion that I don't have a double chin. After you contour then you can apply blush.
blush is NOT what you want if you want the illusion of a more narrow face... it highlights the cheeks and cheekbones bringing more attention to them, what you want to do is suck in your cheeks and fill in those hollows with a contouring powder
first put the blush on the apple of your cheeks(smile and its the part that sticks out). then apply it in an upward diagonal motion, angleing it towards your temples. make sure to blend well.

In the upper cheek bone, very lightly.
First, you must get the right shade of blush. The correct shade is the color your cheeks turn in the cold. Then when you have the proper color, smile a toothy smile and apply right on the apples of the cheeks.
if u r a pale person...a small amount of peach in a diagnol sweeping motion under the eyes.





if you r very tan add a spritz of a shinny copper color 2 the apple of your cheek





and if you have very dark skin...add a bit of silver/ gray/peach near your eyes and chin
A bronzer is great. Makes you have that fresh, natural sunkissed look. Apply lightly. A big makeup brush is better than the smaller ones. Apply bronzer on your cheekbones, a lil on your nose, chin and forhead area. To give you that natural all over face glow.

Yup, depending on your face shape...check on search engines for face shapes and where to apply to bring out your best features. Then after you put it on in the mirror take a small hand heald mirror outside with you to make sure it's not GLOWINGLY BRIGHT in natural sunlight. After that if you're still not sure. Ask a make-up consultant at the mall. You don't have to buy their product to ask.
You should try to follow your check bones. It should be able to just highlight your checks and add alittle color. Don't put too much on or it will look really fake and you want to look like you have a natural glow.

I usually use a lighter shade (more pink or peachy) on the apples of my cheeks, extending outward along my cheekbones, then apply a darker (more mauve or plum color) about the hollows, under the cheekbones. And half the time I cake it on because I'm pale, and I use a pretty light powder to follow. If you need some contour, that's probably the way to go......not necessarily thick like me, but with the colors, I mean - light/dark

i dont exactly know ur skintone. but i would tell u colors that will look good on everyone. for eyes black eyeliner and mascara, eyeshadow in browns beiges nudes taupes gold. for lips try nude colors or clear lipgloss. as for blush i dont know ur complexion exactly. if ur fair try peach or pink. bronzer is always safe.
black eyeliner on the bottom [CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus in Black Onyx..is the best]-the twist up not pencil or liquid. and either blue,white, light orange, or pink eye shadow/shimmer. a light pink blush or bronzer is really nice. and instead of lipstick try color tinted lip gloss.preferbly an orangish-brownish color [the color it looks like in the bottle] or a pink [Pink Blaze from the Bare Bronze line from Victoria's Secret is amazing.] and for foundation you should use Covergirl Tinted Moisturizer..it goes on like lotion so it isnt all thick and fake looking and it evens out your complection.Good Luck!
depends on your style actually, but for lipstick you could go with one that has blue or brownish undertones, not the really dark shades though or you'll look like an old lady or a vampire queen. those new cheek stains work well with every skin tone, so just get one in a standard shade, but not too pink, ask the counter lady. remember that the best kind of make-up is the kind that looks like it's not even there, especially for the eyes, so stick to shades almost next to your skin color. hope this helped. :)

How to remove blush (the makeup) from your face?

The description on the makeup remover I have says it's for removing makeup from lips, lashes, and eyes. (So don't suggest makeup remover please)

Use a cleanser on your face nightly. That will remove the makeup on your face (including blush, and foundation if you have it) for the night to prevent it from clogging up your pores.
I'm sorry, I can't believe that someone actually claimed that makeup removed was the leading cause of blindness in women and then tried to sell you things. That's outrageous.





I'm surprised it's not coming off with whatever facial soap you're using, but like everyone else has said - even though the makeup remover doesn't specify cheeks, it should be fine.





I've never heard of blush that stayed put after scrubbing... usually blush fades off pretty quickly. What are you using?
wash cloth wont work because its rough against your skin as your rubbing hard to get the makeup off.


i use the makeup removing face wipes.their moist and easily wipe off any make up! i love them!
You can use your remove on your cheeks it is not going to hurt. Blush is supposed to come off daily like the rest of your makeup. Use some of your face wash if you would like, warm water may work as well.

well i use remover, but a bit of olive il mised with water works to abit.

your cheeks are probably red from using a washcloth. And you should make sure your makeup remover is oil free its the oil makeup remover is the leading cause of blindness in woman. the eye/lip makeup remover will work for blush. Use soap and it wiill probably come off with a wash cloth. Good luck =)
i have the best beauty tip ever!! use baby wipes.. huggies have natural gental wipes and they take your makeup off so well. even mascara. and it does not clog your pores all in all it is the best thing to use

So--- Use any kind of moisturizing cream, apply it on your face, then clean wit with a tissue.
How long it stays on your skin depends on the type of blush it is. (Powder, cream, gel, mineral, etc.) However, blush should never be difficult to remove because your skin is very sensitive so harsh rubbing should never be involved anywhere on your face. You could try your lip/eye makeup remover just to see if that works, or Ponds Cold Cream (which is awesome and inexpensive.) And, if you didn't use soap on the washcloth, try that. Hope that helps.

No it should come off, try warm water %26amp; some non-scented soap. That should work! If not try baby oil, but make sure to get it all off your face otherwise your skin might break out (because the oil).
I use cetaphil face wash to remove face makeup. Just a wash cloth without a cleanser will not remove makeup. They are designed to stay on the face and a you'll need a cleanser to disolve the makeup to remove it.
