In terms of highlighter, I like Revlon Skinlights Instant Skin Brightener. For an even cheaper alternative, I also like e.l.f's Shimmering Facial Whip [but if you do decide to get one, only use a tiiiiny bit...it's very concentrated and shimmery]
As for blush, I personally like CoverGirl Cheekers Blush.
