Every time I try to put on blush I look like a clown, lol. So how do I put it on so it looks subtle, yet I still get a rosy glow? Also do you apply bronzer the same way, or is it different? How do you apply blush, and bronzer?
Bronzers are great for adding a little color and glow to your face. Use a big fluffy brush...tap off any excess and apply it to where the sun would naturally hit for that sunkissed look. I generally put a little bronzer on the forehead, bridge of nose and chin. If you want to contour your face you can make a fish face by sucking your cheeks in and follow the natural hollow with bronzer to create a more sculpted face. As for blush be sure to choose a good color...I really like MAC Prism blush...very natural and not bright at all. Get some color on your blush brush and tap off the excess. Smile so that you can find the apples of your cheeks. Apply the color on the apples and slowly bring the color up to the temples by either gently tapping the brush or light brush strokes. It really depends on how you normally apply makeup. Make sure to have a clean fluffy brush to blend out any harsh lines so that it looks subtle and natural. Another tip is if you've applied too much just dip your brush in a little loose powder and buff it out...it will tone down the color. Hope this helps =DHow do you apply blush, and bronzer?
you have to make sure you're using a big brush and the right color...don't use too much product...bronzer should be applied where the sun hits your face like along the temples of your cheeks, your forehead and the bridge of your nose, blush should be applied lightly either to the apples of your cheeks or just along the bottom of your cheekbone up to the temples...
First I apply blush, then the bronzer... they say if you do that, your blush stays on all day! But it you use a mousse blush and then put on your bronzer, it really does stay on all day!

Above is a site to teach you how to apply blush... you should either apply it to the apples of your cheeks or the bone of your cheeks. And for bronzer, you use a small amount and brush it all along your face. Don't use to much.... then you'll look like you fake and bake.
Hope that I helped :)
Just remember to do a little at a time. When you put your brush in the blush or bronzer, tap it a few times. It's easier to add, than take away when it comes to blush. I actually use my bronzer as a blush, but that is just personal preference. Where you put it really depends on your facial features. Some say to put it on the balls of your cheeks, but I have a very round face, so it looks silly when I do that. I prefer to begin around two finger widths from my nose (hope that makes sense) and lightler brush towards my ears. This will give the illusion of a higher cheek bone and will also make your face appear slimmer.
