How can i not blush during a class speech?

I always blush while giving an oral presentation to my class and i want to know how not to.How can i not blush during a class speech?
Just picture everyone naked, duh :P





but seriously, it is very natural for you to get nervous and blush when you are giving a speech. Just remember that noone is really paying attention to what you have to say, and that there is no pressure. If you still continue to blush, at least you'll look cute ;)How can i not blush during a class speech?
take 5 deep breaths, relax, count to ten before you go to make a speech--


remind yourself that you will be up there speaking for just a few minutes anyway


also remember all your classmates feel just as nervous as you do or more nervous


also, when you are up in front of the class, admit you are nervous, make a joke about it, and laugh--then relax and give your speech


you will do fine!!


also the night before your speech practice in the mirror and pinpoint why you blush and get nervous, then work on it, smile at yourself and give your self a hug. good luck, but you will be ok
try not to get nervous.

think positive.


if you can, volunteer to go first to get it out of the way it.
